all ingredients from controlled organic agriculture raspberry leaves, blackberry leaves, fennel green sweet, liquorice root, aniseed, peppermint leaves, juniper berries, nettle leaves, yarrow herb, mugwort herb, rose hip peels, linseed, rosemary, marigold blossoms, thyme
Serving instructions:
1 heaped tsp for 2 cups of tea. Pour over boiling water, cover and steep for 5-8 minutes. Refine with honey or lemon.
